To get going today, though, I really want to take us back through reflections that we've learned about this and also where I'm going with this, you know, moving forward.

What I've learned about my own layers in the last, not only time that I started doing this work, six, seven, eight years ago, but five years ago when I launched this, I've learned so much about my own layers in that time.

So throughout September, Jessica and I are celebrating, and all of our network are celebrating this two-year anniversary of our book.

And these are the questions that really help you kind of get familiar with yourself, get to know yourself a before you start into the layers work.

And it's like understanding the value of your story, understanding the value of knowing yourself, which we talked about a couple weeks ago.

And understanding that, you know, my story might be able to help other women as well.

It can certainly help me if I'm willing to get curious about that and get curious about those layers, you know.

And so we talked about how do I want to tell it? How do I want to share it? Is it just for me to explore? Is there pieces and parts of it that might help be helpful to others? Sometimes we don't know that until somebody brings something up and you're like, oh, wait a minute.

Can I share with you what I learned? You might find it helpful or supportive or just know you're not alone in this.

So today I want to move into what I think, like I said in the intro, is one of the most important pieces of this entire body of work, accepting the layered aspects of yourself.
