I think the most, uh, uh, interesting part is the fact that, uh, um, the technology moves very quickly.

I mean, it is never a steady situation, and it's, uh, has become obviously very evident in these last months.

I don't think that there is a day where there are no news in the media, no new news in the media about AI.

So the, the faster pace of evolution of the technology is the... is a very exciting thing.

But for me, it's also very exciting the fact that in the European Commission, I had the possibility to hire, uh, new people, um, looking in particular at the implementation of the AI Act, but not only, and we were able to attract, uh, a number of young people, and this, I think I was very lucky in a way to have had this experience in an institution like the European Commission, where careers, you know, are normally planned and long, and the possibility to have this fresh air coming into our offices, um, I find this very exciting every day to, to see them there and, uh, to bring their ideas and their intelligence and their competence to, to the work of the European Commission.

And, and did you find exciting that a lot of stuff happened also during summer when, uh, people were supposed to have a break?

So of course, we organize ourselves for business continuity, so people take holidays at different points in time.
