Join hosts John and Bethany on the ETS Travel Podcast as they unpack four travel trends reshaping how people travel—and why those trends matter for churches, ministries, and faith-based groups…
So Bethany, when you look at these trends, what stood out to you when you looked at them?
Yeah, I read through that article and just others that have popped up here in the last few months and just in general trends and stuff that I've noticed, you know, travelers want more than just a generic vacation.
They want, you know, something that's going to reflect their interest or their values or faith or community, something that's going to be really memorable or that's super unique.
You know, they don't want to just go to the beach.
There are still some people that do, but the general, like, trends and that kind of stuff, they don't want to just go to the beach.
They don't want to just go on another cruise, you know.
They don't want to do just another car trip.
They're really looking for something meaningful.
And, you know, that's the awesome thing about faith-based travel because we've always offered that kind of like purposeful experience.
So, you know, it's...
Even if you've been to the Holy Land multiple times, each time is going to be different.
You're going to come back with a different experience, a different memory.
There's always going to be something unique about it because it's unique because of the people that you go with and the interactions that you have and the scripture that's chosen to be read.
So doing something... you know, this really special, it can't be replicated.
It's just more and more, that's definitely what people are wanting.
So, you know, we've always helped churches and ministries turn a trip into something truly transformational that, you know, not only did you have this amazing experience and memory, but hopefully you come back with a new perspective, a new lease on life, you know, new thought patterns, things like that.
