Kelly WongHostBut when I was there in the moment, this is going back, what, this is 2011, when I graduated and did my F1, the house officer year.
And I think, again, just really by chance, we had about 30 F1 doctors, and everyone got along.
My seniors at the time really took us in as if we were going to be their junior for a long period, even though it was only four-month rotations.
Oh, wow.
Let's say, for example, in geriatrics, you know, I'd be expected to know all the patients under that one consultant, know their latest blood work, print it out, write it in the notes beforehand, have those conversations with the patient's families and report back every morning.
So what's happened? What's the update? What's the newest concern? And I felt like I was an integral part of the team, which in retrospect was an amazing experience.
In Hong Kong, I think there was just a slight, again, I know it varies between teams and hospitals.
