There's just not enough land.

Which that situation is still happening, but it's very different, the, um, the buyer patterns and what's actually happening.
So like everything, markets go really hot, and then they simmer down, and all of that stuff in between.
So we'll go through what it currently is now, how it was a couple months ago it was different, what we're potentially gonna see in the coming months.

And just go from there, and give some tips and ide- you know, tips and tricks of how to help secure land if you wanna try and do it on your own and shit like that, things to think about.
