Louis TinsleyGuestWhat year was this? How long ago are we talking now? Reality, because it ain't long ago.
16? 17.
17,
so only three years ago, so not long.

And I think from there, you know, it was a case of, right, Louis is leaving.

You know, I kind of had a chat with Louis and was like, I'm ready to leave.

And I think that's, we kind of drew strength from our experience within the military.

And there's kind of a lot of, I think, skills, again, that can transition across into business.

why quite a lot of our guys do quite well in a business kind of perspective because we just went at it with a military kind of planning aspect.
Do you think it's that or do you think it's just the things we've spoken about with the mindset of you're happy to face a challenge, you're looking for personals, you've got massive kahunas and you're just prepared to chance those kahunas.
What a combination of everything, I'd say there, guys.
Absolutely.
You've learned a lot from your experiences, but equally all you've got is that feedback that actually if you face a challenge, you can go do it.
Whereas most people, like we said earlier, probably aren't prepared to face a challenge because they're not prepared for the feedback.
You're going, do you know what? Let's go give this a whirl.

And do you know what the worst thing that could have happened to us? The worst thing is we could have
gone...
Yeah, as well.
Just chucking them out there.
