This is the show where we get loud about women's below the belt health from menstruation to menopause and everything in between.

We're here to break the taboos, share the stories, and have the conversations no matter how uncomfortable.

Whether you're dealing with your own health journey, supporting someone who is, or you're just ready to join the movement, you're in the right place.

If you've ever sat in a doctor's office knowing something is truly wrong with your body and been handed a birth control pill and sent home, this one is for you.

My guest today is Nicole King, also known as Miss King of Miss King's Kitchen, an entrepreneur, a caterer, a carnival lover, and a fierce advocate for women's below the belt health.

She found me because a friend of hers saw me sitting in my underwear on CBG4 and called her right away.

Her road to endometriosis diagnosis took years of being dismissed, and where she stands today might surprise you because this is not a story that wraps up neatly.

She reached out and almost the first thing out of both of our mouths was, "Let's do this together." Because there is a whole world of women who look more like Nicole than they look like me, and they are even more unseen and even more underserved, and I cannot reach them alone and neither can she.

We get into the diagnosis maze, what it takes to run a business while living with a chronic pain disorder, and why two women reaching across their communities is how this actually changes.
