Desiree StricklandHostDorian JohnsonGuestSo can you just kind of tell us like since, you know, subcontracting to six figures, tell us about some of the contracts that you've landed and then how you've been able to like even even land those opportunities.
I'm having conversations, real conversations, not just like, what could you do for me? It's, we are in the same space.
Like, can we have a conversation or just something that is genuine? And from there, also being able to showcase that stuff up front, where that's what is the beauty of being in this age, like social media and like portfolios, where if there's a organization I wanted to approach and to like, I don't know, Dorian, like how, how could you talk about X, Y, or Z? If I already have a portfolio and they see my style, they see how I do things, that's taking the risk a little bit out of the equation.
So how I ended up being able to get some stuff is really just showcasing what it is that I can do.
And not even for the means of being like, hey, by the way, I could do this for you too.
But if someone who I like, they interact with a page of mine or like a post of mine, and it says VP, director, whatever, I'm like, okay, what'd you like about it? Let's have, I appreciate the support.
Like what's going on in your workplace? So that is like the warmest, easiest way.
And then there's been things where, I also did say, oh, by the way, like, here are some services I can offer.
