Well, that brings me to a really, a next thing I really want to talk about, and that is compounding.

Now, you and I were talking earlier, and I'm just going to say it because I can, and I was there, and it's true.

And Secretary Kennedy was really kind of looking for answers, like, is there really a shortage? Is it a distribution problem? Is it a manufacturing problem? There were key thought leaders in there.

I was in there like nobody really knew who is she and where is she from? What is this Avexius? But I really felt honored to be there and I was able to give a different perspective that the other ones weren't.

But one of the things that really kind of concerned me, well, let's talk about that.

Is there a shortage? We know in our clinical practice there is because we're getting patients calls every day.

I mean, my lead nurse practitioner that helps with protocols the other day, she's like, Terry, we got to put a table together for our MAs to be able to, if they're on this and they can't get it, then send in this because we're just, we can't handle the volume of calls of patients that are like, oh my gosh, my patch.

And so that prompted me to really kind of do a little more digging and really create some things.

But that is one of the number one things that the clinicians there were complaining of is doctors and pharmacists mainstream don't really know what options there are.

Now, there was one manufacturer in there, and this is leading us to the conversation I want to have, that said, well, we can't really call it a shortage because we're I don't want to say the C word.

And then she said, but, you know, compounders are going to swoop in and start trying to compound patches.

It's so frustrating because and I was really able and I know my friend that invited me there.

But I said, well, Let me just speak from the compounding space because I work with several reputable compounders.

And I said, and I say reputable because just like in anything, there's bad players out there.

Well, that brings me to a really, a next thing I really want to talk about, and that is compounding.
