If you're looking to do heavy correction, then I would steer someone to the 25 millimeter DA because it's the one that corrects the fastest.
And the rotation in a dual-action machine is minimal to the amount of cut that's happening.
The reasons are a better finish, a faster finish, more cut, and a smoother operation.
There's also the forced rotation and there's the machines that will do both forced rotation and dual action, depending on how you set the switch.
I left out the machines that weren't ours, but yeah, there are other tools out there.
