Georgia vs Tennessee State Recap: Dawgs Dominate 63-3

Let's start with the quarterback position.

Four quarterbacks got in, into in- into play this, uh, Saturday.

Obviously Gunner Stockton started us off very e- actually extremely efficient, extremely efficient on offense.

Uh, op- commanding the offense.

Uh, five drives.

Five drives is all it took.

Uh, arguably one of the quickest quarterback pulls I've seen in a long time, not named DeJuan Mathis unfortunately.

But extremely efficient.

You know, started off with a screen, and I know these Bobo haters.

Guys, the Bobo haters are out there.

They saw the screen and went right back to the nightmare, right? Living their nightmare, but if you know and you listen here and you know ball, you understand the reason for that, right? We were getting first downs basically every play, even with the screens, right? But again, Nate Frazier, extremely efficient.

We'll talk a little bit more about that, but from a quarterback perspective, there's not a lot that I couldn't take away in a negative light, especially with Gunner Stockton.

You know, just over 200 yards.

Uh, ex- high, high level completion percentage in the five drives that he had, right? Just over, I think, a minute or so into the second quarter you start to see, uh, Ryan Pugliese come in.

Yeah, quarter, uh, pass hest, quarter and five minutes.

Okay, there you go.

But no, in all, all in all, right, the command of the offense was there.

It looked exactly like I wanted to see, um, for a second year starter.

That, that's important.

A- and you can...

Y- we, listen, we played Cupcake State.

I understand.

But seeing, uh, him command the offense, not having to run, and also moving around in the pocket to throw downfield rather than just tucking the ball and running.

We saw that.

Uh, to me, that's something that I really, I really appreciated seeing.
