So we noticed that the top areas that we are working in, they all had a minimum population of 250,000 people.

You can go down to 200,000 if it's like a really good area and it meets the other criteria, I'll share that in a second, but you really wanna stick with the minimum of 250,000.


So I just went to Google, typed in the county, the state population, and we're rocking and rolling.

So then I'm gonna take that same county and I'm gonna look up the median home price.

And right here, what I really want for a first time wholesaler, someone who's just getting started, I want this number right here to be less than the nationwide median home price.

So ideally you want this number right here to be less than that, because that's gonna give you affordable housing.
And there's some states where you don't.
