What was the change in the price? What was the reason for things going up so quickly in Geraldton? I know there's a hospital being built, there's infrastructure going in, there's various mining kind of projects happening in the area.
Was it COVID and then those other things that happened or what made that change? I found during COVID that we had a lot of over-east investors in
Looking at Western Australia and looking at our region as a very affordable place to invest.
And all of a sudden we're doing video walkthroughs with our phone and people are buying properties, not flying over to look at them.
And, yeah, people sort of, you know, when COVID, they couldn't get out of their houses and couldn't get out of their units.
There's great opportunities there for children with schools and stuff like that.
Like, our sources of, you know, income or industry is not just based around, you know, like mining.
So, yeah, that was sort of the reason we're sort of basically on the map now because we were in a lot of boom bust cycles prior to that.
