Episode 20: Scott Trammel: The Servant Leader’s Code – "We" Over "I"

My name is Todd Baltz.

I'm here today with Mr. Scott Trammel.

Hey, Mr. Scott.

Hey, Todd.

How you doing? Doing very well.

Now, one thing, listeners, I've known Mr. Scott a long time.

I will also call him Mr. Scott because that was how my parents introduced him to me was Mr. Scott.

Although I've been told more than once, Todd, you can just call me Scott.

You can just call John East or crazy, either way.

But nope, I was told you're Mr. Scott.

So you're always Mr. Scott.

I was raised the same way as my elders.

Yeah.

So one thing we like to do is kind of ask a little bit, how'd you get started being in business? Did you always grow up here in Pocahontas or did you move here?
