The Art of Suffering Well

Hi, Matt.

Good to see you.

That was

such a longer intro than I thought it would be.

Well,

I have a deep, deep history.

I kept going through this.

I'm like, man, there is so much that I would love to talk about.

First of all, I guess it's been...

Maybe 12 years, 11, 12 years, something like that.

When did you leave? Remind me, when

did you leave Ingenuity? You were never in our Highland office, correct?

No, it was 2011 to 2014.

Really? That's short,

huh?

About three years.

It felt like a long time, didn't

it? Those were pretty intense years in the company.

Very much so.

Ever since then, though, I've loved just kind of like following along with what you guys are doing and, I don't know, rooting you guys on from afar.

But yeah, enough about me.

I want to get into this.

Like you said, you have a very deep history.

A lot of things have happened in your career, especially recently.

But I'd love to talk a little bit about some of those beginning years.
