Big results for both CK men and women, Athy Town B chat ahead of the KCLR Plate final, Carlow sides in LFA Junior Cup and more

So, there's only one place really to start, and that is CK United 3 Villa FC 3.

An absolute cracker of a game.

Can I also just say, actually, I have to credit CK, give them credit where credit is due.

When you walk in there, you kind of, you know, you just feel the atmosphere.

You just feel like it's a big deal.

You feel like it is, you know, you feel like it's a big deal, that it matters, that it's important.

And that's something I did not get in Killarney last week.

They did the media right, but that was about it.

You literally just played on the gate going in, not even like the entry to the stadium like CK do, literally the gate to the Astro pitch, which seemed bizarre to me.

Yeah, I felt like Killarney, the pitch was awful.

Their stand only really, I'd say probably seated 70 or 80.

It did not.

You know, you wouldn't get many in there at all.

You know, they had one little kind of tuck shop in the corner.

It did not really feel like it was a big deal like the CK games do.

So I have to give CK credit there.

I think, you know, the atmosphere is incredible.

You know, they make it an event.

Yeah.

I have to say, you know, even like, you know, I got there, I was told to be there for one o'clock.

I was told, look, gates open at one.

So be there for one.

Um, the last time I was there for like half 12.

So yeah, I walked down anyway, um, from town and yeah, I got there about 10 to one.

Um, And there was already queues waiting, people waiting.
