Him and I are having a meeting, and, and I remember him asking me a question.
He said, "Greg, do you ever worry that we talk so much about culture?" 'Cause we do.
You gotta tend to it." Said, "Do you ever feel like we talk about it so much that the unintended consequence is our staff is beginning to hear, like, the goal is healthy culture or that the mission is a healthy culture?" And so we wrestled with that, and we came under conviction like, "Yeah, I think we have." And so the correction was every time we talk about culture now, even, you know, we just recently got our results from the survey and shared it with the team, and we always reinforce, um, we all own the culture.
The, the end is the mission of God advancing, but the health of our culture determines how effective the mission will advan- how effectively the, the mission advances.
