And, um, you know, I'd say it's one of the things that as, as both the culture has grown, and you can measure that, the church size and impact has grown, you can measure that.

What you can't measure, but I think has been critical in all this, is I think the spiritual growth and maturity of the leadership.

I'm talking campus pastors and really all of the staff.
