And what happens following a downturn is usually a very rapid spike following that and goes to new highs.

And those downturns, you know, they're primarily driven by economic conditions or global pandemics like COVID or, you know, government intervention.

This is not the first time it's happening, happened, sorry, and history will repeat itself.

your clients are obviously asking, what do they do now? What would your simple advice be right now? So your clients are coming to you at the moment on the back of all of this and the market commentary or the social media commentary.

There are going to be some slight corrections, but as long as your strategy is sound, as long as it's long-term, as long as you're engaged and focused and resolute to what's going on around you, you will achieve your goals with the right strategy.

So, you know, the whole, the whole piece on cycles with property, um, You know, it's really with any asset class.

It's whether it's managed funds, it's shares, it's gold, silver, commercial property, residential property, you name it.
