What was the vibe of my finances for June? [fingers snapping] The vibe of my finances for June, I have got written down, um, throwing money at the problem [laughs] was the vibe of my finances.
It was kind of-- it was p- it was pushing through, comma, throwing money at the problem.
A lot of it was sort of things that I'd maybe been, and I'll, you know, I'll talk about more about where the money went later, but a lot of it was sort of getting things ready for the baby coming, for the change, for, you know, just a couple of things.
Like I've-- I needed to get a new phone, and I just j- put it off, put it off, put it off.
And then, um, frustratingly for me, the creator program ended, so I had to send the phone back.
[laughs] And I was like, "Bummer, now I don't have a filming phone," 'cause the phone that is my phone is a really old one, uh, that would not, not be good for making content, so Had to do that.
Um, just sort of, you know those things that you really just put off? Um, or, you know, like I'd been meaning to take Paddington into the vet.
Like we normally have a home vet come, but I needed him to go and get some, like blood tests and stuff done.
I've gotta go and, you know, get the big expensive bag of gastrointestinal food." Um, finally sort of committed to that.
Um, what were the other kind of big ticket things this month? Oh, some clothes, which I'll talk about.
Kinda just being like, right, let's just do this, and, like get it done, and, and move the thing forward.
Um, and it kinda got me thinking about how some weeks, 'cause there was like one week over the long weekend in June where I spent like $1,000 in one day.
Like, I'd had a couple of like pretty low spend weeks before that, nothing really happening.
