talk a little bit about the history of dupes.

Because I think when we really think about dupes and the biggest brands that do it, it's always ones like e.l.f., NYX, a lot of the people that play in their drugstore space.

And they always just basically get consumers to ask themselves, why pay $58 when you can just spend $8?

And then social media accelerated that comparison culture.

It's kind of like a hybrid.

I think that's why people loved it because it was kind of different.

And then also the applicator was super different, but the dupe that we have today is from NYX and it is their fat oil, shiny lip balm.

They've got a lip liner that does it.

And I bought it.

I love those.

I love, there's so many different NYX ones that I love.

That reminds me, we have a fun little trademark story, and this is also tied to the beauty industry.

So a very large beauty brand, AKA NYX, a brand that we both love, by the way, they were about to launch a new product and it was a lip gloss, and they wanted to call this lip gloss none other than Glow Job.

And it was the best thing I ever did.

Trying that, trying that lip liner, and then trying that NYX lip stain.

And then we always get started with primer.

We like to use the NYX, either the professional blue primer, primer or we do use um the the elf super grip primer you want to use a sticky primer because the white base um it's it's makeup you know it moves and just like you you're gonna move later on in the night too so you want to make sure that it stays uh um as much as possible on your skin so think of it as like a you know like a like a like a car you know when you you put primer first and then you put the paint on right
