You had a good fastball and a good slider tonight.

You know, you look at the results.

What's your reaction on a night like that when you feel good, throw good, but the results aren't what they

are? You know, I think what he said, I think he was better than Garrett.

The speed was good today, but the location of the challenge was not very good.

But above all, the important thing is that my shoulder is responding better, the speed is much better.

And today's age was pretty good, but the result was not what I wanted.

A lot of positive

things today, and yeah, I agree with you.

Though I guess I would say I think the slider was a little better than the fastball today.

I think the fastball had good velocity to it, just wasn't locating it well the way I wanted.

But I feel good, my body's responding well, the pitches are having more life to them.

And so yeah, like I said, a lot of good things to take away

from it.

How much better does this feel here, four or five starts in? Do you feel like you're kind of getting to that rhythm, being a starter again?

Yes, I think that every time I shoot, I feel a little closer to having the rhythm with Max Ghosn.

Yeah, it feels like with every outing, I'm

getting one step closer to regaining that rhythm with all my pitches.

And tonight's outing, it definitely felt like a step in the right direction.

Did you feel like the location challenges were sort of a one-off tonight? Or is that still a product of you coming off of injury and trying to get

back into that rhythm you described? No, but a lot.

Especially with the net.

Where I wanted to throw it, they weren't going to help me because it was a lot.

Especially the net in the middle.

You know, I'm a pitcher.

To throw in my corner low to the right.

And I think, you know, I came from a surgery to get back to the rhythm.

Yeah, I mean, I think

it's just more location.

You know, obviously for me, my fastball needs to live in the corners and, you know, specifically in the corners against Fridays.

So I think it's just about, you know, continuing to kind of develop that rhythm and just getting learning to be.
