Am I actually close though? And is this the correct one to go to? If there's signage, if there's a clear explanation of this is the direction to go, this is the flow of traffic to go to, just like how flow of traffic changes around collegiate activities, for example, in college towns, having something like that in the downtown setting would be really needed.

I will also add that my experience going to Truist Park a couple of years ago, there's lots of signage saying Truist Park this way.
Jeremy GrecoHOST
54:34
I would have liked to have more signage telling me because they have lots all over the place.
Jeremy GrecoHOST
54:39
And so I would have liked more signage telling me which lots were which direction so I could make sure I went to the correct parking lot because I paid for parking ahead of time.

Not unlike what the Marlins tried with a different location going down to Miami where the Orange Bowl was.
David SamsonGUEST

or what happens when you move any place, including when the Braves moved out of Atlanta to go into Truist Park in a different part of Atlanta.
David SamsonGUEST

You're always looking at location as a difference maker.
David SamsonGUEST

It's in the outfield of Truist Park, and it's got bars and restaurants and shops and stuff out there, and apartments, and they make... nine figures a year off of that and the the Braves are now publicly traded so we can see their revenue from both baseball and that and they make not as much but a ton of money off of that and you know as long as people are filling the ballpark and going to the bars like if they win great if they don't whatever people are still in the apartments

We do things like Atlanta, Truist Park, all of the ancillary development.
David SamsonHOST
17:46
You think there's a reason why John Henry wanted to buy up Yawkey Way? You think there's a reason the Cardinals wanted to develop around Busch Stadium or what Atlanta did with Truist or what every other owner's doing as a real estate play? Because all revenue outside of your ballpark's four corners, that is not subject to be shared, not subject to revenue sharing.
David SamsonHOST
18:06
It's brilliant.

One of the things that's been a lot of fun is kind of this new thing that we've been doing where we take Truist Park and we go down the field and we turn it into three fields.
Greg McMichaelGUEST
2:00
So we give kids a chance to play on the field.
Greg McMichaelGUEST

Cary HirschsteinGUEST

So, you know, Populous had the pleasure of being able to design Truist Park and in working with the Braves to really think about how that venue relates to its district around it, to work with the planning team to understand how we were going to move people through the district from, you know, where they park, how they arrive, how they get to the venue, what that experience in the venue is, how the venue physically relates to the district and such.
Cary HirschsteinGUEST
10:53
So it's you know, and to your point, it's been amazing, right? Think about this.

We talked about leaving leaving opportunity on the table four times the number of people come to visit the battery just to hang out there than do for a game.
