Her name is Afnan Khalifa, and she's a business consultant speaker, and she basically is like, "I help people build their business," essentially.

And anyway, I saw her on something, um, so I went and looked at her page, and she did a reel that says that you should take things personally.

At this age, people are aware when they do something that hurts you, that we actually should take other people's actions personally.

So she, she's like, "Take it personal." And she said, "You know, when you're younger and you accidentally hurt people, um, it's fine.

But at this age, people know what they're doing, so take it personal." I'm like, "Yes, and also no." [laughs] So I'm like, okay, I think it just depends.

If this is a first time, I'm not saying like give everybody three chances, that's for sure.

But do people know what they're doing when they're making decisions? A lot of times, yes, they do.

Um, I, and maybe I just have a hard time cutting people off and I need to be more s- like cutthroat.

... and they cut you off and you are dead, dead to them and done, and maybe I just need to see this happen more often and just start, you know, cutting people out of my life.

You know, notice and then you just, you give access according to what you see as patterns.
