So we start with the notion that the mind has these two different agencies for the sake of our conversation, conscious and subconscious, and they have different jobs to perform.

And the subconscious mind is really the part that we want to focus on because that's the emotional mind, that's the part of our mind that governs many of our bodily functions.

Right now we're breathing, digesting, eliminating, growing hair and nails and all of that, breathing, heart beating.

So if we understand that the subconscious mind influence the functioning of our immune system, and we want, we understand that a proper immune function is crucial for the body's ability to maintain balance and health, then we want to see what has changed.

And then if someday something changed, what has changed? And for the most part, and I think you talked about it in one of your videos before, there's an accumulation, a compounding effect.

From my perspective, it's psychological components, mental components, trauma, life events.

And over time, we know that they start kind of impacting the way that our immune system functions.
