got some news.

We've been waiting to talk about this all morning.

It's been hard not to let it spill.

So I'm engaged.

crazy um that happened on the weekend and it's so funny because it it i had no idea it kind of happened very suddenly and then it happened our like second day of the trip and then we had another three days there and i didn't really tell anybody like we obviously talked to our immediate family but i was like i just kind of want to enjoy the trip and if i post something about this right now i feel like there'd be a whole bunch of messages and stuff and i just like okay we so i still haven't posted anything about it i've told people slowly here or there but uh yeah

So other than your closest friends and family, this is when everybody's finding out right now that you're engaged.

I am engaged.

we had the discussion a while back where he had over the summer he had talked to my mom about this and said uh you know brought it up while i'm swimming and i come back to the dock and i get up and cliff's talking to my mom about marriage i'm like okay that's crazy and uh since then hadn't really heard much so yeah it happened on the weekend this

is so exciting i mad barry noticed you wearing a ring in one of the photos you had posted

very observant i never would have picked that up

So I posted one, yeah, one photo with the ring in it as like a little Easter egg, but that was it.

And I was like, I wonder if anybody will catch on.

And your wife, McKenna, messaged and she said something about it.

And like, I didn't respond.

And that was about it, though.

Well, I was trying to remember if you wear a ring on that finger or not.

I know.

And I used to, I used to like the odd time where ring on and people were like, what? And then people would call me on and be like, are you engaged? And so nobody, you know, I think assumed that because they, I sometimes used to do it anyway, but
