The Bad Spot - Update May 2026

Well, next week we are going to begin a run of one-shots that I have done on the channel.

First up will be Wraith Hound, which is a really fun co-op game, uh, about exploring haunted places.

Uh, I played that game with Steve Morrison.

Some of you might know him from the Errand Adventures podcast or as a frequent guest on my channel and co-host of the Ironsworn Guys podcast.

Um, that was a game we did last year and that was a lot of fun.

Can't wait to share that with you guys on the audio.

Um, and when that wraps up, we, that's two parts by the way.

Uh, when that wraps up, we're going to do another two-parter.

We're going to go all the way back to 2024 and what innocent time.

Um, and it will be our game of Trophy Dark, which was the first time I ever ran a game on the channel for others.

And it also like marks, uh, a few significant things in Bad Spot lore.

It's Jess's first appearance.

Uh, um, if you know her and like her work from The Between and Public Access, uh, then this was the first time we ever played together.

Uh, also Fiona is a player at that table and she goes on to be one of the most important people to this channel because, uh, she produces all our full table games and helps, uh, run things behind the scenes as well as being, uh, a very good friend.

Um, and also, uh, Maddie is at that table, Maddie Searle, and they're the person who's sort of responsible for kind of linking me in with a lot of the actual play scene in the UK because I stumbled into their live show at UKGE in 2023, I think, and kind of following them on socials, then kind of spider webbing out to all the other people in the scene.

And, uh, a lot of them appear on the channel now and have become friends.

So, uh, quite a significant moment, that one.
