For a solopreneur listening right now, they're like, what? I mean, I don't think it's any surprise to solopreneurs that they should be using AI to help run their business these days.

I think there are listeners... that just heard this example and were like, it can actually do that.

I mean, even my husband last week, I was putting in my workout schedule and signing up for the workout classes I want to do.

So what are the first few automations you would have solopreneurs put in place to save that time?
Yeah, so a simple one is, and this is like, I feel like the most common example that people give, but it is effective, is just like a daily email brief.
Because I feel like, you know, solopreneur, small business owner, regardless, if you're an entrepreneur of any kind, you're spending a lot of time in email.
So it's like have Claude go through, read through the threads, kind of gauge which ones it feels are important.
And then not only tell me which ones are important, but go ahead and draft the reply so that I can, if it looks good, I can just click one click send, right? So really eliminate that email workload, which is such a bottleneck for a lot of people.
Another one is have Claude also go through, whether it's your email or if you connect your CRM to Claude, have it go through and say, hey, what are all the sales opportunities that have gone cold? And let's try to reactivate those, right? Like we did that recently and it's like, oh yeah, that real estate brokerage that we were talking to back in February about an AI project, We were supposed to send them a proposal and we literally dropped the ball.
So we reach back out, we re-engage them, and we're going to send that proposal, right? So there's a lot.
I mean, you're pretty much only limited by your imagination, but that's a task that you can set up as a schedule task in Claude to run automatically on any schedule that you set, whether it's daily, weekly, monthly, etc., So those are two, like the email triage and the, I would do the email triage probably twice a day, once in the morning, once at the end of the day.
And the sales pipeline reactivation probably once a week so that we're always making sure we're not letting any leads go cold.
