And it's about your five-step thesis on why phone use is much deeper than just like managing screen time.

But before I ask you all my pressing questions, I feel like the context I'm missing is, your relationship with your phone before starting Purpose Over Pixels.

Like, do you identify or did you identify with a little bit of a phone addiction, like a screen time issue or not so much?

Um, which is why I feel like I'm able to relate to the people I now work with in that way because I've went through my own journey of it.

Um, I always joke if you're a human and you have a smartphone, like you're probably wrestling with this to, to a degree.

Um, I didn't, what I would like to differentiate though is like, well, I felt like I was addicted.

And I actually think that's maybe important language for people to distinguish because I, labeling ourselves as an addict can kind of, um, yeah, it has to have some like negative effects almost on our identity or our self-concept.

We don't necessarily have to identify as such, but yeah, I have my own, my own struggle with it.

Um, and it was on the other side of that where I was like, okay, I know a lot of other people are struggling with this.

How can I sort of bring my, my talents to that space to help a lot of people?

So when I say phone addiction, I'm not imagining a woman or a man who's like, I can't stop texting.
