And I know a lot of people who listen to this podcast, a good chunk of them are stay-at-home moms.

And I think it's so easy for you to be like, oh, well, yeah, maybe I was like that in college.

I found the moment that I was a stay-at-home mom, the workaholic-ism was suffocating.

My kids want to play, but you know what I mean? You just can't shut that part of your brain off the way you would think of like a movie like Boss Babe would be.

I know it's so cheesy and like such like an overused phrase, but like if you think about it, it's so true.

You know what I mean? And so being a workaholic can 100% be applicable to stay-at-home moms, if you ask me.

And I would say I'm at an interesting place in my life slash work balance where I don't really see workaholism in my work.

You know what I mean? Like I feel like maybe that's one that people can be like, okay, like I can grasp onto that one a little bit more.

You know what I mean? Just kind of always focusing on the output, like always doing, doing, doing instead of focusing on like, all right, but like, what am I becoming instead of what am I doing? You know
