Your PhD is in biomedical science, and you also have a background in clinical nutrition.

How do I say that nicely? But really, I think that we don't listen to our bodies enough.
We're not told about what our bodies are really doing and what really makes our bodies run day to day, second by second even.
And that's just keeping us in the dark so we can make money off of bad foods and bad medicine too.
