I previously ran my own SEO and digital marketing agency, so come from an agency background myself.

Transitioned into an in-house role for Toggle two and a half years ago and have since kind of taken over building our go-to-market strategy and the concept of kind of how we're relaunching Toggle quite soon into what we're calling a time intelligence tool.

So I think people in the agency space, people in the B2B SaaS space know us quite well for being a time tracking tool.

We're about to relaunch our product later in Q3, hopefully, into what we're calling a time intelligence platform.

I would say the thing that makes us different now, at least, is that we've been spending 20 years obsessing over time tracking and that engine, kind of what we're calling is the time tracking engine itself.

They started with project planning or capacity management and treat time tracking as kind of like a bolt-on to that.

I think for us, we've spent 20 years perfecting that engine and building a really nice engine and working from the inside out to help agency owners and other users that we have make sure that the data going out is like the data and it's just as good as the data going out.

And so I think for service-based businesses like your listeners, obviously time is revenue.

And so if you have good time data, you have accurate data to do things like forecast which projects will sell in the next few months, identify unallocated resources, move those to revenue generating projects.

All of those things I think are things that you can do once you have really good insights into your time data.

So that's where Toggle has, you know, obviously focused in the last long period of time.

And I think the very first client I ever worked with at Parakeeto was in Toggle.
