Ashley HämäläinenHostThat being said, wherever you're at, if you're starting a transition, starting a pivot, starting some kind of big change, or you're coming on the other side of it like myself, still at this moment, that requires for me a lot of growth, a lot of courage.
I am noticing that I am being energetically checked on like literally every single day in so many ways and my awareness has expanded that I'm able to pick up on these very subtle nuanced ways that my old identity used to carry and now when I do that or I execute that I'm just small ways of talking and small ways of showing up and whatnot.
I feel like it's just off in my body and I have to sit with it and look at it.
It's like these transitions and having the courage to choose yourself, whether it's a big life changing thing or just continuing to work on yourself and continuing to go through that courage of choosing yourself and honoring yourself and listening to your intuition and honoring how you are growing and shifting and changing and coming home to your most authentic self throughout all of life.
And I'd be lying if I said I haven't been triggered every single day, but every trigger has been it's myself.
I'm not really being triggered by other people like I'm being triggered by myself and my own doing.
And every time it opens this greater awareness of, okay, now that has been outgrown.
So I want you to listen to this episode with an open heart and an open mind and just deep attention because very quick we can judge someone if we don't understand their situation, if it hasn't happened to us.
It's human nature, you know, and I don't want to say the nature of a human being, because when we are within our being, we see that we are all one.
And Mimi does share some things that actually opened me to tell a story that I've never told before.
And I'm going to tell it in more clarity on the other side of the episode because I don't think I was super clear.
And that is a really challenging thing to understand if you have never gone through it yourself.
