Join Andrew, Bruce and Chris as they slice into the absolute madness of American Psycho. This episode goes full Bateman: business cards, bloodshed, and the most aggressively 80s soundtrack ever…
She is his friend that comes along.
Yeah, the redhead.
Elizabeth? Elizabeth she is.
She's one of the co-writers.
She's famous for writing such things as Go Fish, American Psycho, The L Word and The Notorious Betty Page are the four famous things.
I dug a bit deeper and I couldn't really find anything else that was notable that she had written.
And the other co-writer of the screenplay as the director, and that is Mary Harron.
And I've got her famous four, which again are the four famous things, nothing beyond these, where I shot Andy Warhol, American Psycho, again, the notorious Betty Page, and then Alias Grace, whatever that is, is the most recent thing.
But I don't know these people.
I think they are very much the people from American Psycho.
Onto the cast.
Annoyingly, the alphabetic cast at the beginning, and damn near everybody that's in the film, Christian Bale just happens to be the first alphabetically, with B.A. being his surname.
So to wait to the end of the film to find out who the film thinks are the first four or five in the credits.
And behind Bale, it's people that aren't really all that famous.
So I won't play the guessing game with you here.
But we have done Christian Bale before, and I'll give you one of the films we've done before are his famous 490Bs.
That's what I was saying.
What were the other three famous Bateman? It can't be The Prestige.
It's not The Prestige, you're right.
American Hustle.
Aye.
It is.
