Well, I guess you're having to define the green zone a little bit.

So I would state the concept of this would be saying, you know, your green zone is like your metrics are green.
So we're hitting our productivity goals.
Or maybe we haven't had a lot of safety incidents.
So that must mean we're safe, right? It's because we haven't had any big safety incidents.
So we must be doing well.
That's green.
Everything's
good.
So you have like a KPI scorecard.
Everything looks good.
It's green.
Everybody's happy.
Things are just moving along.
And therefore you must be safe.
Haven't you ever heard one of those things when they're telling you they're going to be your financial advisor and they're giving you all these statistics and then they throw in.
But past performance does not indicate future returns.
Just because you've been safe yesterday doesn't mean you're going to be safe
tomorrow.
So this concept of fatalities in the green zone would be saying that even if you are in green, that doesn't mean the risk doesn't exist.
And I think that there's some truth to that, but I also think it's a bit misleading because so frequently people are going to say they're green because that's the arbitrary place they set their metrics.
