So the speaker is, her name is Diana Kander, and it was just such an energizing presentation.

Um, she played a couple of songs, and we had to identify who the artist was, and one of them was Snoop Dogg.

Um, and then she gave a very lovely presentation about the varied interests of Snoop Dogg and how he is such a professional, or a su- successful businessman-

Um, so one of her goals is to interview Snoop Dogg one day, so if any of our listeners happen to have [laughs] a connection, much like how we tried to get Barbra Streisand on the podcast a couple of years ago-

Uh, um, oh, and there's also, uh, if you go to her website, dianakander.com, um, you can secure a free copy of her book, and your code is WEF.

I, I just, I think the main thing that I took away from it was the kind of the curiosity aspect and reframing questions to solve the problems of today.

Right? So instead, like, o- one of them is instead of asking what should we add, ask what should we stop doing? And that's not to mis- say that you want to do less or fewer things.

And so there was a lot of reframing of common questions that you hear in businesses and workplaces that I think are really valuable that I, I think our audience would g- would resonate with.

Um, and I thi- a- and I think f- for us, so, like, even us internally, we've had discussions about these types of same questions, of reframing them and turning them a little bit on their head and having us think about the problem from a different direction to try and solve what, like, the issues that we're dealing with now.

Um, and I think with the world where it is, w- how dramatically things are changing in terms of technology and just the ra- rapidity of that, the, we're, we're in a space now where people are more laden with work than ever before, and identifying what matters most is becoming a more and more of a challenge.

And I think questions like that are really critical to finding out, like, what is the direction we need to go? Where do we need to take these things? So.

Yeah, I think that's, um, an interesting frame for water, um, just because it's a matter of public health, so reframing, uh, like, thinking about the work you're doing can be a little bit scary.
