Now, Brenton, I think most people think that they're actually investing, but they're speculating.

The most successful people are the people that really stick to what they set out in their trading plan.

So if they have a trailing stop loss, they're making sure that they're riding the profits as they are coming.

And as soon as they've got their risk management in place, that they're out of their trades and it's what they specify in their trading plan before they go in.

The people that really get trapped is when they might have the emotion that gets involved and they might deviate from that plan.

So it's those people who do stick to the trading plans of what they set out to achieve are the most successful.

And Brenton, I do think another thing that can make a difference is sometimes when people start, they are incredibly optimistic and they think that they can shoot for the sky.

So having a realistic viewpoint as to your returns, I think can be definitely the thing to do there as well.
