Marc PaisantGuestAbbey ClapperHostThat's, I think, something so important for other personal trainers to hear, and I think will also resonate with so many people who are listening right now.
I think that so many people who've struggled with their weight, um, and have also struggled with their mental health have felt like that back and forth of, um, you know, of, of losing the weight, it coming back, losing the weight, it coming back.
But then also taking the time, like you said, sometimes you're working on your physical health, you're working on your mental health.
I'm sure many other people have, too, because it can be really difficult to work on both at the same time.

You know what? Like anything in life, like it's exhausting to a point because, uh, and I'm sure you've said this, I say this all the time, like the, the weight never gets lighter.

Um, so it, it's one of those things where if you put in enough time, and that, that's the hardest part of this, is like you're absolutely right.

Like if I'm going [chuckles] if I'm gonna go work out and s- f- even if I'm a trainer, if I'm, I'm working somebody out and like in my head I'm like, "Okay, let me count their reps, but at the same time, let me make sure how they are mentally and where their mindset is," like where it's like, "Okay, let's mo- move on to the, the, the next thing.

Oh, but how are they..." Like, yes, if you think of it that way, it is exhausting and you're like, "I just worked them out.

... by this?" But like everything else, once you do it over and over again, it's almost like just second nature.

One of the, the things I do now with the clients I have, and a lot of is, is private, private one-on-one, you know, sports training, soccer training, things like that.

I make it a habit of the beginning of each session, all I say to them is, is one to 10.
