So speaking of that, last week, we switched over to the big action and we had asked, like, if there was any habits or default behaviors that maybe weren't serving you well.

And and then what did you what did you do? How did you identify them? And then did you do anything to change them?

And so if something comes up or it'll be like, there's a little thing and I'll be like, okay, I'll do that.

And what I find is those really pile up and my, you know, perimenopause midlife woman brain just like it's like a sieve and they all leak out and so I've been trying to do better at just like in the moment just like doing the text right then sending the email right then because otherwise I forget and so until I get to the point of success where I can just have a minion helper who follows me around and organizes my life in this way.

I've been really trying to just like action those little things that seem like, oh, yeah, it's whatever.

And so I think there is something to be said of like focus time and like not you know constantly jumping from thing to thing but there's also something to be said of like you know when you can just trying to um do those little things so that it's not like a to-do list of later and they they never feel like an emergency but they also usually help other people move their work forward and so try not to be a bottleneck that way because it's usually like can you please that thing i've asked you to send me three times it's like yeah okay i'll get

Like, and I, I know I love it when I have that little voice in my head that says, just go do it right now.

It's usually about home stuff, like, cause that stuff can get really pushed back.

Um, but, um, but I was thinking about a really good example of how we did that last night.

So we were, we had gone out as a group just to have a celebratory, uh, catty roll and, uh, a drink.

And we were sitting at the table saying that we needed to do something, send out some texts to some people that we needed them to attend something for us.

And like within 10 minutes, we had like, we knew who was coming, what they were, you know, who was where, if we needed to send out more invitations, that kind of stuff.

And it really, it's amazing how much nicer that is because now you can move to the next step.
