So we're just about a month late on this incredible soundtrack by Jay Kaufman.

I have not played the game, so I am just responding musically, kind of the classic Mercado Bros. approach.

And one fun thing about this episode is we are going to be hearing Will's first reactions of this music.

It was tough to do that because there's a lot of amazing music on the score.

because we will definitely do a part two at some point, is Yuzo Kishiro's two tracks that he composed are not featured on this playlist.

So we will have opportunities to play those in the future because they're great.

So the game is a love letter to Game Boy titles in every sense, but musically it is as well.

So I'm curious how he actually tracked this, if it was like in separate passes the way that I know like Marty has done for things.

Luckily, it sounds like his workflow was really easy because he used Furnace.

And in that tracker, you're able to combine different ships and do a bunch of crazy stuff.
