You know, it's funny because I work with a psychiatrist and I work with a therapist and I'm at this point right now where I can't, I find myself where I just want to stay still.

where, like, if you saw me right now, if people saw me right now, you can see me, but if people listening right now saw me right now, I just want to lay in bed.

I just want to, I just want to stay still, like, literally, figuratively, just don't want to do anything.

And my psychiatrist is like, well, you know, like, people like you, they just want to overachieve.

And And it's gotten to a point where you're just like done and you need to work with your therapist to find out why you're doing this to yourself.

And we... we think of ourselves less when we don't produce, right? So for me, I stayed still for a few years and I had a seizure at the end of last year.

And so I was like, you know what? I'm going to get up again and I'm going to write not just one book, but Two books.

The plan was just to do one thing, but you know how, like you were talking about the doing the chef thing.

You were talking about, and I'm sure at home people can relate with, maybe you were planning to doing one thing, but then another thing comes up and all those things.
Cause you, I mean, like right off the bat there, you said you had a seizure, which I have questions about like why and how, but beyond that you had one.
