First things first, when I knew that I was about to enter this kind of phase in my life, I knew that I really had to consider, okay, what is really important to me right now? And what can I sacrifice? What can I not sacrifice? And really just what are my top priorities?
Again, this may look completely different

The important thing to note here is that just because something is higher up on the priority list than something else, that doesn't necessarily mean that I actually dedicate more time towards it.

Rather, it means that when I have to make a choice between one thing and the other, I choose the thing that's higher up on the list.

Without it, I can't go and spend time with my family, I can't really focus and I can't really do work, and I can't have fun and enjoy my life.

yes i am in a very fortunate position to be able to prioritize my health and have that as a focal point in my life and having been in a position where i had previously sacrificed my health in pursuit of success i now can really appreciate and really understand just how important it really is every morning i wake up at 5am i go to the gym i do my skincare i eat a healthy breakfast i have a shower i do all those things because i know that that puts me in a really good headspace and a really good mindset and just like physically and mentally feeling my best so that I can do the best in my workday, and when I go to visit my friends and family, I can show up in the best possible way for them, and ultimately just do the best in all areas of my life.

That is really my baseline, like it doesn't really matter what's happening in my life, I stick to that.

But again, that comes with nuance, because before the next week I have to wake up at 2am for my work, because we have calls for this live webinar, So yeah, for a week it's gonna be more intense and things are gonna be a bit different, but regardless, I know that I'm still prioritizing my health because I'm still gonna get up, I'm gonna go to the gym, I'm gonna pretend like it's a normal day, it's all just earlier, and then I'm in bed again by 6 p.m. to get my eight hours of sleep.

So no, I'm not perfect, but I know that my life is significantly better when I prioritize my sleep, I look after myself, I eat enough food, I eat the right foods, I go and exercise and I see my friends and family.

Again, every single week looks different, but generally I will go out of my way to spend time with my family, whether that is my direct family or my grandparents or whoever, and usually I will see at least one of my friends during the week and go out on a date with my boyfriend as well.
