So a couple things that I want to talk about when it comes to journaling for manifestation, because there are a few things that I want you to keep in mind as we go through the rest of the episode.

First things first is that it doesn't matter what you write anywhere near as much as how you feel when you're writing it.

I'm so rich," whatever, but you don't feel anything when you're writing that, it's pretty much not gonna do anything.

Whereas on the other hand, if you said, "I am so grateful to be making such an abundance of money, and when I see my bank account each month and I see that it says $10,000, it makes my heart so happy because I know that I can have a even bigger impact on the world." Like, see how just much better that feels? That's the kind of energy that you want to be putting into what you're writing.

Obviously, yes, you want to be doing it regularly because obviously the more you do it, generally, to an extent, the better results you'll get.

But what I don't want you to do is it to become so routine that it doesn't actually feel like anything anymore.

That's why I don't really pressure myself to journal every single day, because I know if I did, it would kind of start to feel like a chore, and I don't want that.

So instead, I kind of do it when I feel inspired, which may go against traditional advice, but the thing is, is that I have a couple of different types of exercises that I use in different situations.

And so what I'm always trying to do is adapt what I'm doing to however it is that I'm feeling and whatever it is that I want to bring into my life.

If you are not watching the video, like, it's the most beautiful pink and red and, like, it's got flowers on it.

Like, it's just, it is the epitome of the most beautiful journal I have ever seen.

This one is from the Quirky Cup Collective, which I think is actually a local brand from the city that I'm from.

Another thing that I really love to do sometimes is to actually put in my AirPods and listen to some really [laughs] nice journaling music, so maybe, like, Lana Del Rey or just, like, some piano music or something to get yourself into the mood.

Because if you're just sitting there journaling like it's a chore, it's just not gonna feel like anything and it's not gonna get you anywhere.

And then of course, point number four [laughs] or five of the things that I would recommend that you do is make sure that you are always taking action from this.

Because I think a lot of us fall into the trap of using these kind of manifestation tools but not actually doing the work.
