But what I'm seeing more of recently is that, that people will come and they'll develop a strategy.

And they get that strategic drift because they just get so focused in just delivering stuff day to day.

And by the time they lift their head up when things aren't going right, they realize that, Jesus, I'm meant to be over here, but I'm way over here now.

How do I get myself back? Where I think, you know, what your speciality and what you'll bring really helps solve that problem.

Some don't have strategy and working feverishly on whatever it is, just business as usual, just being busy.

One of the German generals who basically said the British have got some of the best doctrine in the world.

And I think that's probably definitely something I've come across is, and we've had this conversation before, is Firstly, it's people maybe misunderstand it and they think it's a really big, detailed plan.

And sometimes maybe it is, like you said, and the classic, it sits in a drawer.

It's a general direction of travel, but is then used to, you need to sort of couple that, like you've just sort of highlighted, to the activity in the business.
