And the most recent evolution that I have gotten into happened in the last probably 10 years or so.

I'd been doing spiritual work and increasing my sensitivities deeper and deeper and deeper.

My sensitivities changed so much that the things that my partner used to do to approach me and connect with me were too much for me.

And I had gotten kind of, you know how when you're touching a cat, you have to touch them exactly how they want or they'll bite you? Yeah.

I'm not proud to say that, but I'm honest to say that, that I had gotten kind of, you know, just irritable.

easily irritated and we went through that and we kind of broke apart and he was sitting on the edge of the bed and he was just he looked so sad his face was all long and he was slumped and I looked at him and my heart just reached out to him and I I saw the pain that he was in and I remembered how important it was, you know, it had been the foundation of our relationship was this wonderful sexual energy that elevates and illuminates, you know, brings me into the light of And I missed it.

So what I started doing was I started researching myself, paying attention to myself, paying attention to what I needed and what I wanted and at any given moment.

And I learned a tremendous amount about energetic sexuality, which is not even necessarily physical.

It can be physical, but there's a lot that happens in stillness and when your skin is an inch apart maybe.
