Sami Zayn on WWE: 'I'm very happy right now' | 2024 Interview

Look, I've been really lucky to have a lot of those types of moments that really I felt and the fans, I felt like the fans felt them too at the same time.

And it's just, man, it's the most beautiful thing in the whole world.

I really love that.

And like I said, you rattled off a couple of those moments just now.

But, um, I think when you perform with your whole heart and you perform and you, and they, the fans that is, and they sense that it's real and that you're the emotions real.

Like, you know, we can talk all day about pro wrestling and what is and what isn't real or whatever, but the emotion is real.

And that part's undeniable.

And even if you're a staunch critic or you think wrestling is silly or whatever it is, um, I think you'd be hard-pressed to go into an audience and not feel that emotion when you know the performer is feeling that emotion.

And much in the same way, if I went to a concert of an act or a performer that I wasn't necessarily a fan of, but I saw that performer giving 110% on stage, I'd be like, damn, this...

This person's feeling it, and as a result, I'm feeling it.

Even if it's not my musical genre, if it's not my type of music or whatever, if that artist on stage is giving it their all, you will feel that.

That's just the magic of... whatever art, you know, it's magic.

It really is.
