In this episode of **Spiritual Infinity**, I speak with **Jason Fierstein**, counsellor, psychotherapist and founder of Phoenix Men’s Counselling in Arizona, about the pressures many men carry beneath…
So Jason, before we say thank you, because, you know, it's, it's about how we can help, h- what we can do, or the things that we need to look out for to help men now that, you know, making it aware.
If you think that there's an issue or people are telling you in your life that there might be something going on, really take that to heart because they're telling you and they care about you, and they may see things that you're not seeing.
You know? So try to take a risk and ask for help, if it's therapy or any other way.
You know, there are plenty of different, uh, outlets to help men, you know.
And really take a step back and look at what your values and priorities are and, you know, is mental health or wellbeing important to you, and if so, what are the things that you may need to do differently to help yourself have those things, or a happy family or a happy marriage.
You just have to believe that they're worth it, and you have to believe that you're worth it as well.
But there are people there willing to, to help you and, and care for you, and you just have to reach out.
And, and, and I, and as I said before, it is about bringing this subject out, making people aware, and you have men in your life, your husband, your boyfriend, your partner, um, please, please, we need to be aware.
Maybe look at signs, if they're getting angry, if they're getting frustrated, because men are going through a tough time, and we, and it's-
... needs to be, it needs to be brought out, and we need to be sympathetic to it.
