He was someone who didn't just go to church on a Sunday to be seen or go to the novenas or pray the rosary.

He really, truly, in his heart and in his soul and in his mind, which can sometimes be the most difficult thing to overcome, he believed it.

He under- no, maybe didn't understand it all, but he really truly believed it and had that kind of faith that we all long for.

Neil, I think, was around 40 years of age, uh, when he passed away a few days ago, but the impact he had in his life was just extraordinary.

So I think it's inspiring for all of us, and I'm actually flying back in a few hours to Ireland for the funeral.

And I know that there are gonna be people from all over Galway and further afield coming to pay their respects to the wonderful person that is Neil.

Well, Colm, thank you so much for just joining us on the program to tell us about the late Father Neil McDonagh.

And he's put up a, a beautiful, it's about 11, 12 minutes clip of that interview where you get to know Father Neil a bit, a little bit more.
