You know, as we're all trying to change with the industry, what are the mega trends that you're seeing?

Well, first of all, isn't it interesting that so many of us go out on stages and tell all of our audiences how their future is going to change? What impact trends are going to have on their lives? And if you are very honest, how many of us actually step back and ask ourselves, well, what I just told the audience is how is this true for me? speaking for events, for conferences.

What is it that my future holds for me as a keynote speaker who possibly still operates on the old models? Or second example, I mean, how many AI speakers do we have lately? Prior to the pandemic, they might have been sales speakers, then they became mental health speakers, now they are AI speakers, riding with those trends.

And how many of us honestly ask ourselves, what value do we still offer in the future that AI cannot offer? So my first takeaway that I want all of you to be very honest about is...

how do megatrends not just impact our audiences and our clients, how do they impact first and foremost ourselves? Does it make sense?

And it is, how often do we not, we look all at our audiences, but we don't look at ourselves.

How will people change in the future? How will the value of intelligence change in the future? And what constraints will the future bring on us? Would you be willing to go with me through those three topics, those three categories?
