Um, well, I was a brand owner since 2011, and I thought, "Should I continue struggling and competing in the market?" And I thought, "No, let's just work to my strengths," which is the R&D side of things and, you know, being at the lab bench.

That's actually so smart, figuring out what you're good at and creating a business around that.
And I guess one thing to add as well, I wasn't sure at the start that that was my thing, but everyone said that when I talked about it, I started smiling, and I thought, "Oh, well, that must be my happy place."

Sometimes it is hard to, like, see what you like and what you're good at, especially if you've been in different careers or roles or businesses.
